Criterion™ TGX™ (Tris-Glycine eXtended) Precast Gels for PAGE are based on the long shelf life TGX formulation. The TGX gels retain Laemmli-like separation characteristics using the standard sample and Tris/Glycine running buffers. The proteins in the gel can be separated in as little as 20 minutes at 300 V while maintaining low temperatures.

With a single Criterion Gel, you can run up to 26 samples in less than 1 hour or accommodate 11 cm ReadyStrip™ IPG Strips for 2-D applications.

The Criterion™ TGX (Tris-Glycine eXtended) Stain-Free™ precast gels for PAGE are based on the long shelf life TGX formulation and include unique trihalo compounds that allow rapid fluorescent detection of proteins with the GelDoc Go and ChemiDoc™ MP imaging systems.
